Whistleblowing
The whistleblower system of 360X AG offers employees the opportunity to confidentially and anonymously report information about perpetrated or suspected cases of criminal conduct related to 360X, breaches of laws and regulations applicable to 360X, as well as breaches of internal policies. By creating an environment of trust and confidentiality in accordance with the legal provisions for the protection of whistleblowers, 360X encourages employees to use the whistleblower system when they believe to have witnessed any form of the above-mentioned misconduct. All you need to do is use the below mentioned reporting channel and provide us with as precise and detailed information as possible. You can also upload documents, when available.

All reports will be treated strictly confidential, consistently, and fairly. They will be reviewed and processed by a small, designated group of competent and impartial experts belonging to 360X’s whistleblower reporting office.
Principles for the Protection of Whistleblowers
Anonymity
Whistleblower reports are always submitted anonymously. We will only know your identity if you decide to disclose your name in your whistleblower report.
Protection against retaliation
Whistleblowers who report information within the scope of 360X’s Whistleblower Policy will be protected against any form of retaliation, including threats or attempts of retaliation. The protection is based on applicable laws for the protection of whistleblowers and is stipulated in 360X’s Whistleblower Policy.
1 The protection will not apply if the provided information was knowingly false, or the whistleblower was grossly negligent (gross negligence) in failing to recognise its falsehood.
External Reporting Channels
In addition to the internal whistleblower reporting channel of 360X, employees also have the opportunity to submit whistleblower reports to competent authorities, which also maintain their own whistleblower channels. However, we encourage you to first submit your report to 360X’s internal whistleblower reporting channel before addressing it to an external reporting channel. Please find below a non-exhaustive list of such authorities in different jurisdictions. More information can be found on the websites of the respective authority.
