Placement & investment brokerage
Our journey started strong, founded in April 2021 with support from Deutsche Börse and Commerzbank in a pre-seed round. In the same year, we initiated our brokerage license application.
2022
Establishing partnerships with our portfolio companies
In February 2022, we formed a portfolio with twelve x twelve for music, tectrex for real estate, and 360X Art. With a BaFin license and integrated regulatory partners, we achieved seamless security token transactions for real estate and music.
2023
Music for the masses
We partnered exclusively with GEMA for a music security token, initiated our first art token transaction in June, and collaborated on a major real estate deal with Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe.

Carlo Kölzer
CEO
Carlo Kölzer is the CEO of 360X, 360T and Global Head of FX at Deutsche Börse Group. He has deep Capital Markets expertise and holds an MBA from the University of Passau. Carlo started his career in M&A and later worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.
Michael F. Spitz is co-CEO of 360X AG and co-founded DLT Talents, a blockchain initiative for women. He previously led Commerzbank's R&D and VC units and participates in (inter)national working groups on digitization, central banks, and regulation.
